MAGNETIC LASHES

Not at all. LashNova uses ultra-thin 0.17mm magnetic bands and an ultra-light design (about 0.03g per lash) for a barely-there feel — no glue, no mess, more comfort for everyday wear.

Yes — when placed correctly. For best hold, keep your lash line clean and dry, align the lash close to the roots, and press to “snap” into place. If you have oily lids, blot with tissue or use a little powder before applying.

Most customers reuse them multiple times. Gently remove, wipe the magnetic bands clean, and store them in the case after each wear — good cleaning and storage make a big difference.

Eligibility (hygiene product)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/used/try-on items are not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged / defective / wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days with photos. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Return shipping & fees

For approved “change-of-mind” returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
