LashNova currently offers standard shipping to the destinations listed below. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before payment at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $79 USD to the destinations listed below. The order threshold and eligibility are calculated at checkout after any applicable discounts.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders are fulfilled through our Shenzhen fulfillment center.

Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time shown below.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as “Pre-Order” are subject to the estimated shipping date displayed on the applicable product page.

The normal transit estimate begins after the pre-order item has been dispatched. Any updated shipping information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at service@lashnovabeauty.com.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist with available tracking information if a shipment is delayed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible at service@lashnovabeauty.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.

LashNova does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.

Shipping Availability and Restrictions

Shipping availability is determined by the destination selected at checkout. Certain destinations or products may be unavailable because of carrier limitations or local import restrictions.

If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer using the email address associated with the order.
