Do LashNova magnetic lashes need lash glue or magnetic eyeliner?
No. Current LashNova styles use an upper-and-lower soft magnetic lash system that connects around your natural lashes with the included magnetic lash applicator. No lash glue or magnetic eyeliner is required.
How do LashNova soft magnetic lashes work?
Each single-style set includes an upper and lower magnetic lash piece. Align the UP and DOWN pieces close to the roots of your natural lashes, then gently press the applicator so the two magnetic pieces connect around your natural lashes.
Which LashNova magnetic lashes look most natural without eyeliner?
Bare Whisper is the most subtle option in the current range, with a 7–9–10 mm lash map, 21.5 mm fit width and C-curl. LunarMuse gives a slightly more polished everyday look with an 8–13–8 mm lash map and 23 mm fit width. Both LashNova styles use upper-and-lower magnetic lash bands with an applicator, so no lash glue or magnetic eyeliner is required.

Are LashNova soft magnetic lashes lightweight?
Yes. Current LashNova styles use a 0.17 mm continuous flexible soft magnetic band and weigh approximately 0.03 g per lash. Lash map, fit width and curl vary by style.
Do the lashes come with an applicator?
Each current single-style set includes one complete upper-and-lower soft magnetic lash set, a magnetic lash applicator, a reusable silver storage case and a QR quick-start guide. Bundle contents can vary, so check the specific bundle page for included components.
How many times can I reuse LashNova lashes?
Current LashNova styles are designed to be reusable for 100+ wears with proper care. Gently remove residue after use, keep the magnetic bands clean and dry, and return the lashes to their protective case to help maintain their shape and alignment.
Application & Care
How do I apply LashNova magnetic lashes?
First check the UP and DOWN marks. Position the lash pieces as close as possible to the roots of your natural lashes, then gently press the applicator once to connect the upper and lower magnetic pieces.

What should I do if the lash pieces do not connect?
Check that the UP and DOWN pieces are positioned correctly, move them closer to the roots of your natural lashes, and make sure the lash line is free from excess oil, heavy skincare or makeup buildup. Then realign and try again slowly in front of a mirror.
How should I remove and store them?
Gently remove the lashes with the applicator or your fingers. After each use, clean away residue as needed and return them to the protective case.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. For the United States, standard shipping is $5.99, estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–12 business days, and estimated total delivery time including processing is 8–14 business days. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $79 USD or more after discounts to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Shipping rates and timing vary by destination.
What is the LashNova return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For ordinary returns, products must be unused, unworn, unopened, in their original sealed condition and packaging, with all included items and proof of purchase. Because eyelashes and related applicators are personal eye-area hygiene products, opened or tried-on items are not eligible for ordinary returns. Confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect deliveries are handled separately.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect?
Contact service@lashnovabeauty.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. After review, the resolution may include a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an alternative if you agree to it.
How long do approved refunds take?
Approved eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. LashNova processes the refund within 7–14 calendar days after inspection; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
