We want you to love your LashNova purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Because eyelashes are a personal eye-area hygiene product, any item that has been opened, tried on, worn, or is not in its original sealed condition is not eligible for return or resale.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery at service@lashnovabeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

We will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, or a refund (depending on the case).

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Eligible)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection (bank posting times may vary)

How to Start a Return
