We are sorry your order didn’t work out! LashNova offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style. A $8 return label fee will be charged for refunds back to the original form of payment.

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Please allow for this to take 14 days to process and note that shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at service@lashnovabeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your product to arrange an exchange.
