Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $79 USD or more to the destinations listed below.

The free shipping threshold is calculated at checkout after any applicable discounts.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Orders are fulfilled through our Shenzhen fulfillment center.

Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time shown below.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at service@lashnovabeauty.com.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, LashNova will assist with available tracking and shipment information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@lashnovabeauty.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

LashNova does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.
