LashNova SEO GSC API — Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

This notice describes LashNova SEO GSC API, LashNova's internal SEO reporting and article-management tool. It covers this tool's Google data access, rather than purchases or customer accounts in the LashNova online store.

Data accessed and purposes

With the administrator's authorization, the tool reads Google Search Console data for the configured LashNova property: page URLs, search queries, country dimensions and aggregate clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average search positions. It uses these data to refresh SEO reports, identify pages for human review and track changes over time.

The tool reads and updates its connected Google Sheets workbook, including reports, workflow status, logs and article backups. It manages its own Apps Script triggers for refresh and recovery. Its Google permissions do not include Gmail, contacts or payment data.

Storage and service connections

Processing runs in Google Apps Script. Reporting data, historical snapshots, workflow logs and article backups are stored in the configured Google Sheets workbook. Operational settings and recovery checkpoints are also stored in the Apps Script project. Google manages the Google authorization flow; the tool does not ask for or store a Google account password.

The tool calls Google Search Console APIs for reporting, Shopify APIs for article access and explicitly approved article updates, and public LashNova URLs for link checks. It does not send raw Search Console reporting tables to Shopify. The public pages describing this tool contain no private workbook or Search Console records.

Access, sharing and limited use

Access to the tool and its stored records depends on the administrator's Google and Shopify resource permissions. Google and Shopify process the data used in their respective services. The tool does not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or send it to services for training generalized AI models. Any separate export or sharing initiated by an authorized administrator is outside the tool's automatic reporting workflow and must respect the applicable data permissions.

LashNova SEO GSC API's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and deletion

Current reporting tables are replaced during successful refreshes. Historical snapshots, workflow logs and article backups remain until an authorized administrator deletes them. Service-level backups and version history are subject to the relevant provider's retention controls.

The administrator can revoke the tool's access through their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored workbook data or separately retained copies. For deletion of records under LashNova's control, contact service@lashnovabeauty.com and identify the records concerned.
